So I had my yearly check up and my doctor said I need to be taking more vitamins. Here is what he told me to take everyday:

* 2 fish oils morning and night
* 1 multi-vitamin
* 1 vitamin C
* 1 vitamin D

This seems like A LOT of vitamins to be taking No?! Currently I am just taking a multi-vitamin.

On top of all that, he told me to eat at least two fruits and two vegetables a day! I guess I'll see how it goes and if my stomach can handle that many vitamins...sometimes they make me sick.
