We took Alli tubing for the first time ever and she loved it! It was such a beautiful day and she was such a cute little snow bunny! We only biffed it once, and Alli just laughed throught it all- what a trooper! It's fun to have a kid so that you get out and do stuff like this.

This was her position every time on the way UP the funny! She was totally relaxed. I thought she was going to fall asleep a couple times!

Let's Go to the Show!

Alli had her first experience movie theatre experience yesterday, so of course I had to document it! We saw Alvin and the Chipmunks. She did so good for the first half hour and then she wanted to go up and down the stairs and around the whole theatre multiple times. I just sat and watched her because there was only two other people in there ha!
Needless to say, we left a little early- not quite sure her attention span is ready for a full movie yet =) But I had fun and she seemed to like it when she was actually watching it. Better luck next time I guess. I'm looking forward to many more movies with this chica in the future!

Also, Alli love, love, LOVES those little clementine oranges! She seriously eats like 3-5 a day. She is definitely getting her vitamin C! I just let her eat as many as she wants since they're there such a thing as too much vitamin C? I sure hope not!

Little Miss

I don't have much to blog about lately and it's really gettin' me down! JK. These are just random pictures I've taken of Alli lately.
Alli is really into church lately. Every Sunday she can't wait to go to church and when we're driving, she points out each & every church she sees. She loves taking showers, coloring, and wearing dresses and swim suits everyday. She has to put one of the above on every day at least two or three times a day. It's pretty cute, but kind of annoying at the same time =)
I think I am going to officially start potting training her like next week. It's still kind of early- it will probably take weeks or even months before she really gets it, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I've been reading about it online and I'm not sure what to do.
From what I read, you're supposed to stay home for like 3 days straight, let them run free around without anything on and put them on their potty every hour. I don't know if she'll cooperate with that, but I guess we'll see! I have got the potty, books about going to the potty, undies, a magic wand and some stickers- anything else I need?! If you have any tips or ideas that have worked for you, or what didn't work please let me know!

Mess Pot

This is my messy child Alli...she knows she did something wrong, can you tell by her face? And yes, that is a sticker from an orange on her head!

This would be oatmeal EVERYWHERE.

I had her help me clean it up. She actually liked it, for about a minute.

Alli has been so messy lately! If I go upstairs for five minutes this is what it looks like when I come back down. She has done the same thing with chips, cereal, sugar, crackers, oreos, chocolate chips, and now this. I'm going to have to find a way to keep my pantry door LOCKED! Does anybody else have this problem or is it just this my child? Hopefully this is just a stage she's going through.

Grandma's in Town!

This is for my sister who is in Texas for work and had to leave her baby boy home for one full week. I know for a fact that she is missing him like crazy, so I thought I'd post a few pictures for her!
Don't worry, he is being fully entertained by Alli, Grandma Gail and his favorite Aunt Ashley =) We went to lunch today and then he was totally mesmerized by Alli's dancing skills. Plus, she made sure to give him lots of hugs and kisses.

Play Time

Alli had her friend Bella over to play. She loves to have people come over and play. Lately, she has been begging me to play with her ALL day, so it's nice to have a break and let her play with somebody else just her size! I definitely need to schedule more play dates for her because she loves it and I love it too.

On a side note, I just finished watching the first episode of the new Bachelor online while Alli was taking a nap and it looks like it's going to get pretty intense this season! I'm so excited for it!

The New Pup

Here is our new dog Woody! Well, mostly Josh's new dog =) Josh sold Jack and got this pointer. He came all the way from Illinois! Josh is really excited to train him and take him out bird hunting.
Ruger has already bit him on the head over dog food, but luckily it's already completely healed. You gotta watch out for old Ruger, he can be a mean one!
