Josh and I decided early spring that we would prepare to sell our house. We had gone back and forth for for quite some time. We were outgrowing ou house a little bit and homes in our neighborhood were selling at a great price so we decided it would be a good time to sell. We worked hard to spruce things up, de-cluttered, got new carpet upstairs and put up the for sale sign the Thursday night before the July 24th weekend before we left to go camping. We had a steady stream of multiple showings and accepted an offer about 3 weeks later! We closed on August 28th.
These are the picture that our real estate agent's photographer took. I thought it looked great! We will always love this house. We put a lot of hard work into it, making it our own. It was our home for 9 years- our whole entire marriage thus far! It's the home we brought home our three baby girls to and the place where countless memories were made that we will cherish forever. We loved the neighborhood, the ward, the school, the area and the friendships that were made.
Goodbye first house!
