The Fourth of July

The Fourth of July.... one of my very favorite holidays! We had a great time in Richfield and loved being with family. I love it all from the colors, the reason we celebrate, the small town parades, the candy, the bbq's, the fireworks, the water fun and mostly watching my kids take it all in and seeing them so happy! It's the best. We are so blessed to have the freedoms that we have and be part of such a great family.

Just before the children's parade

Emeri the drink thief, but a cute one at that

Haven didn't want her popsicle so Emeri took it over

Making smores! Or shall i say, burning smores =)

Sunday best! How cute is that Grandma Gail.

Later that day, Josh & I went to Monroe to visit his sister and their family! He got in a good wrestling match with a couple of his nephews!

The usual 4th of July pic on my parents porch!

And the grandparents with some of their grandbabies =)

Ems was LOVING the parade! She was so excited and dancing around everywhere. It was the cutest!

At the fish grab, Haven couldn't quite grasp a slippery fish =( She was so sad.

 Alli with her fish!

Throwing water balloons out of Grandpa's Red Car! Little Rebels =)

Grandpa rented out the giant water slide again this year, lucky kids!

About time for fireworks!

God Bless America, Land that I love. Stand beside her, and guide her
Thru the night with a light from above.
From the mountains, to the prairies.
To the oceans, white with foam
God bless America, My home sweet home.

The Zoo

We went to the Idaho Falls Zoo a few weeks ago! Even though it's a smaller zoo, it still has quite a few animals. If you saw my instagram, you know that we saw the lions mating!!! It was quite the moment for everyone that walked by and for my girls!! It was disgusting, hilarious and enlightening all at the same time ha ha! Anyway, it was a very eventful day at the Zoo!

The Rest of June...

June went by so fast! We've had a fun busy June with tball and machine pitch in June, swimming and more swimming, a trip to Rigby Lake with friends, dentist appointments, going through bins & bins of girl clothes, Chukars baseball game, Father's Day, & Park City....and that's just off the top of my head! Summer is definitely in full swing!

While going through hand-me-downs, they found these...

Father's Day! We sure love ours!

Lots of swimming and shaved ice!

 Morning snuggles =)
